Bringing Breath Into Your Classroom!

Everyone needs to breathe and take time for themselves, even teachers.

Take care of yourself.

Come practice yoga with us after school and learn a few ways to bring breath and mindful movement into your classroom.

Remember you need to put your own oxygen mask on before helping others!

Take the time to take care of yourself, so that you can better take care of others.  

Bring your water bottle, a mat (if you have one), and yourself!
